If your windows are out of our guarantee period, (5
years all moving parts, 10 years frame structure & sealed
units) please call for further information.
We have 2 service engineers
with combined experience between them of over 30 years in
the glazing industry.
If you have
a problem with your installation whether its a simple adjustment
or a lock problem, please call our showroom to make a convenient
opportunity for yourself for our engineer to call.
When purchasing from R&D Goatley you
will then receive a full 10 years guarantee (excluding locks,
hinges, and all moving parts which are guaranteed
for 5 years) totally free of charge, parts & labour.
